Welcome to the Parkview owners' portal

Pool Access, Safety and Compliance

This is a friendly reminder that our pool rules are necessary to maintain our County Health Department permit. Inspectors can arrive anytime, and visible violations—such as unsupervised children, open gates or other hazards—could lead to immediate pool closure. Please ensure minors are accompanied, guest limits are followed, and advance reservations are made for events.

Fire Safety Information

Please see this advisory about safe storage in utility rooms and elsewhere at Parkview. Also, the town fire code prohibits “normal” size propane tanks because of the proximity of our homes and many trees. Adapters so that you can use 1-pound “camping” propane canisters with full-size grills are available at local hardware stores and other suppliers.

Reduce, Reuse and Recycle (and Compost!)

Reducing the amount of garbage that goes into our gray landfill bins is one way we can control costs across the HOA. All food and garden waste, food-soiled paper, and pizza boxes go in the green compost bins. Bottles, cans, jars, deli, and other containers made from #1 plastic go into the brown or blue recycling bins. Unsure of what goes where? Visit this handy reference page. Please make sure that any plastic bags or other plastic film go only in the landfill bins. No plastic bags of any kind can go into the recycling or compost bins (even if they say “compostable.”

Community Reminder
Parkview is a close-knit community, and a little extra consideration goes a long way. Please help keep things pleasant for everyone by keeping dogs or other pets leashed and supervised when not indoors, minimizing noise during traditional quiet hours, and taking proper precautions during any renovation work.

If a project involves cutting into walls, sheetrock, or removing flooring, Architectural Review approval is required in advance, and owners must follow all applicable state and county safety procedures, including those related to possible asbestos-containing materials.

Thank you for being mindful of your neighbors and helping keep Parkview a comfortable place to live.

Get answers fast from the Parkview HOA Brain:

Introducing the Parkview HOA Brain, our friendly new digital assistant. created just for our community.

Parkview HOA Brain can answer many everyday questions — things like:

  • “Where can I find the rules about parking?”
  • “Who do I contact for maintenance issues?”
  • “When is the next board meeting?”
  • “What’s the process for submitting an architectural request?”

You can ask about rules, procedures, or anything HOA-related, and get a quick, clear answer — anytime. It’s here to help owners get information faster (and maybe take some of the load off our volunteer Board members!) Although we can't guarantee 100% accuracy, it's remarkably good at finding details, especially from our governing documents, minutes and other documents.

Please give it a try and let us know what you think.

  • Please use the Contact Us page to submit repair requests, offer suggestions or ask questions.
  • If you're planning repairs or other work in or around your unit, please review the Architectural Review guidelines and submit the appropriate paperwork as far in advance as possible. Remember that you'll most likely also need a Building Permit from the Town of Corte Madera.
